Privacy policy and protection

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on May 25, 2018.
We want to take this opportunity to inform you as clearly as possible about how we handle the personal data we keep, and about the opportunities given to those concerned to control, correct or delete them at any time.

The data we collect have no other purpose than to enable us to keep our members informed about our activities, and to enable them to interact with the group. They are not disseminated or communicated to third parties in any way.

  • The personal data stored are strictly limited to the following elements: Picture, surname & first name of the member, postal and electronic address, photographic techniques he is interested in.

  • As the site has no commercial activity, no financial data whatsoever are collected or, a fortiori, kept.

  • Members can access this information at any time by going to the private part of the site with their username and password. Should they fail to remember them, they can recover them by getting in touch with the person mentioned in following paragraph.

  • ID's and passwords are renewed annually, subject to payment of a fee. Data on individuals not renewing their dues are immediately eliminated.

  • Upon affiliation or renewal, we ask the attention of the member for our privacy policy, and he will be reminded that payment of his subscription will imply the acceptance of this policy.

The site does not use any cookie, nor any service for the maintenance of individualized visitor statistics. No personal data relating to occasional visitors to this site are collected.
